Retail Assistant / Lingerie & Swimwear Fitter


We provide a unique offering of Lingerie and Swimwear for women with bigger busts.  We pride ourselves in exceptional customer service, we love our jobs, love to smile and laugh at work, and love the fact we make a difference in peoples lives. We are a very positive place to work, and to fit in you would need to be caring by nature, enjoy serving and helping people and finding solutions to make someone's day! We provide on-the-job training to become a bra fitter.  This is a challenging skill that requires a great deal of knowledge and experience, which can take a few months, so we view this as a long-term position. There is a lot of one-to-one contact with customers of all ages in an intimate environment, so you need to be comfortable in that situation and be fully vaccinated. Specific qualities you will need are:

• A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
• The maturity and confidence to deal with people of all ages, backgrounds, and temperaments
• Ability to effectively assist customer decisions with understanding and patience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well presented, driven, and can think on your feet
• Good team player including the ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Good spoken English skills​​​​​​​​​​​​​Our main need lies on the weekends, which is when we are the busiest, so candidates must to be able to work weekends. We are also very busy in summer, so being available full time in December, and over the Xmas/New Year period is also a priority.
